Until 2004, when he sold the business to Catalyst,
Graham was the MD of recruitment company, Trinity, which he founded in 1991.
Graham’s original grounding in recruitment was with Morgan & Banks between 1987
and 1991.
Through The Executive Connection (TEC) Graham is
now a mentor and business coach to CEOs as well as maintaining an active
involvement within the recruitment sector with frequent coaching and consulting
