In this session Ross will outline the Top 6 differences he observes between high performing and moderate-to-low performing recruitment consultants.

Although these differences may be seen as ‘common sense’ or ‘simple’ unfortunately there are many recruitment businesses that seem oblivious to how quickly consultant performance could be improved with some small changes. Ross will outline the steps he recommends that all leaders take to give their consultants the best possible chance of succeeding quickly, not slowly.

The differences Ross will present are all things that can be acted upon immediately with individual recruiters and are not reliant upon structural changes or budget outlays.
